Our Practice Philosophy and Approach to
Cultivating Mental Well-being
The Practice offers a broad perspective of what it means to be human.
This is where your journey begins .......

Underpinnings
There are moments in life when we find it difficult to see the forest for the trees which often casts a shadow over anything that is actually GOOD in the now.
The Practice provides a sense of normalization for the human experience where struggles, difficulties and often emotional suffering, hurt and pain reside.
We as humans can endure insurmountable anguish for so long as we know things will change. While we are all unique in what we struggle with, what we do possess & have in common is a capacity for personal growth with connection to our individual resources & strengths to give rise to a new perspective, a new way of being and relating to those very issues & concerns.

Foundations
The Practice operates with warm benevolence, compassion & a non-judgmental orientation.
You will experience feeling heard, listened to, understood, and seen. You will feel comfortable to share your concerns. No issue is too hard to disclose.
You will feel well supported, secure, and safe to discuss, process, and move toward your identified best hopes for cultivating well-being.
It acknowledges the constant movement between the Bitter & the Sweet of life, the Highs & Lows, the Peaks & the Valleys, the Good and Not So Good.

When The Time Is Right
We thrive on collaborating with individuals who are eager to gain self-awareness and pursue personal growth. Our ideal clients are those who seek to understand the underlying factors that keep them feeling stuck and are open to embracing change and transformation.
This is where your journey begins.
We're glad you're here to be a part of your new story.
" Given the distinction between your Self and the Stuff you are struggling with and trying to change, are you willing to have that Stuff fully and without defense, as it is, not as what it says it is...and do what takes you in the direction of your chosen values, in this time and this situation?"
